About 3 billion years ago,the Earth was a 100 % world of water,which today consists of 70 % chemistry and 30 % matter.
The fact that earthquakes and tsunamis sometimes occur when the Earths interconnected plates are disrupted by mans constant nuclear weapons testing in the worlds oceans is a natural consequence for which world leading politicians are responsible for.
