PUTIN`S NEW LAWS OF WAR

 Putin says : 

I am forced to introduce new martial laws that legitimize confiscated art and other valuable items of cultural treasures in Ukraine where I also decide who ia a Nazi,drug addict,homosexuel, pedophile and  a jew.
