Kyiv is the mother of Russia and the father was Oleg of Kyiv (845-912 )a Viking from the North who founded the first capital of Russia,which admits that he has a patent on the copyright inherited by the Ukrainians,and this historical fact can Putin not change because nothing has been bequeathed to him or his predecessors.
And Oleg settled down and became prince of Kyiv :."and he said Let this be the mother of the Russian cities"
