 While Moscow (1147) has problems with it`s

 split of personality between the history of the old and the new times,Russias 1st city Kiev -850 (also considered the cradle of both Russians and Ukrainians)thrives in it`s innovative developement as a world city.

Moscow`s jealousy is apparently without limits.
