Either Putin is lying as badly like a jewish antique dealer tries to overestimate a thing that is useless to his custumer or he is as brainwashed as the rest of the Russian people who let themselves believe in the rumors that Ukrainans are alcoholics,drugaddicts and Nazis who threaten Russia when in fact the opposite is true.
