CAUSE WITHOUT EFFECT OR EFFECT WITHOUT CAUSE

 The logical tools that are avaible to the public to investigate cause and effect need relevant input data in order for its logical realities to function in cause and effect,otherwise there will be no cause for an effect or an effect without cause.

So where it is obviously not possible to find a cause for an effect or a cause without effect,the cause is undoubtedly due to the limited understanding of human intelligence to understand the inexplicable,which seems to be the most reasonable reason for something to seem without cause and a cause without effect.
