It is an unexpected contradiction of ironi in which the criminals are forced to commit the crimes for which they themselves tried to make on innocent suspect in desperation to ovoid incitament to libel and unlawful percecution.

The innocents background that is clean does not matter when logic and common sense doesn`t speak in his favor because if they find a drug in someones hotelroom he is guilty and here is no mercy or justice because the law is deaf,blind and dumb.
